Annual Business Licence

Annual Business Licences are licences that are renewed annually and can include but are not limited to the following businesses: retail/wholesale sales, professionals, barber/beauty shops, banking, etc. It is granted to applicants who regularly carry on a business activity

ELIGIBILITY

Any Bahamian citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in The Bahamas who is:

1. Interested in registering a new business, or
2. An existing Business Owner
   • Partnership
   • Privately Trading companies
   • Publicly Trading companies
   • Limited Liability Partnerships
   • Limited Liability Company
   • Sole-  Proprietorships
   • Home Based Businesses

A non-Bahamian applying to conduct business in The Bahamas requires approval from the Bahamas Investment Authority.
