RPT Forgiveness Plan

Bahamian property owners can now take advantage of waivers under the Real Property Tax Forgiveness Program including partial waiver of arrears.

(Foreign property owners do not benefit from waiver of arrears provisions, but can benefit from reductions in late penalty fees and charges for full prompt payment)
